A baby shower, y’all
This invite is a custom design for a Texas girl living in the midwest. A red, white and blue color palette printed on paper bag craft paper gives it a youthful, western feel without getting cutesy. No word yet on if the little one will be a cowboy or a cowgirl, but we here at LLB Designs have our suspicions…
Gymboree party invitation
This lucky little two-year old got to have a Gymboree birthday party, complete with cake, parachute time and bubbles. The invitations set the tone for the good times ahead with fun, girly colors, playful shapes and casual fonts. The overall effect is cute and age appropriate — with nary a princess or unicorn in sight. (Not that we don’t love a good princess now and then).
Lingerie shower invitation
Ah, the lingerie shower. There is nothing like planning a party that has to somehow combine class and underwear to challenge even the most capable of hostesses. Fortunately it is possible and these little invitations are a great start. Combining black with shades of pink creates a look that is sophisticated but not too racy, while flirty typography and girly details such as polka dots and bows add a touch of whimsical fun.
Fiesta invitations
This fiesta engagement party called for some fun, colorful invitations that didn’t resort to cliche sombrero and pinata clip art. Bright primary colors and a stylish floral design set the tone for the party and the cute square shape framed the artwork.
